Re: Hotmail and Pacific Net Email Account
We have encountered problems in sending emails to Hotmail accounts. On many occasions, we received a 'failed delivery' notice from Hotmail server moments after sending the emails. Sometimes, this 'failed delivery' notice only reached us 2 days later.
We have also experienced delays in receiving emails from Pacnet email accounts. Spree-rs' emails from Pacnet email account only reach us 2-3 days later.
In view of the above situation, we would like to seek the cooperation of spree-ers to send us emails from other email accounts instead, such as gmail or yahoomail if possible. Spree-ers who only have hotmail or pacific net email accounts may still email us using their existing account, but do resend your email to us if you do not hear from us after 48 hours.
