Take Note!

- Spree-ers may purchase "一元起標" items at the original price: NTD 195.

- As the supplier only accepts items with available stocks, please check the stock availability on the item's website before sending in your orders. DO NOT submit items that is pre-order.

Instructions:

1. Visit Betwo Website at: http://tw.user.bid.yahoo.com/tw/user/far331023 .

2. Browse through the items, taking note of the measurements of the items carefully.

3. Click on the items you want, taking note of the item details:

- Item name:
- Item URL:
- Colour:
- Size: (or state F = Free Size)
- Quantity:
- Price in NTD:
- Image (Copy and paste a picture of your item)

4. Email the above item details in Microsoft Word format (.doc) to fashiondoremi@gmail.com together with your particulars.

5. Wait for confirmation email before you proceed with the full payments.

(Please take note that the above shipping cost is an estimated amount based on similar items we have handled before. Top ups of shipping cost may be required especially for heavy bags and shoes. A notification email will be sent to you for top-up payment if necessary.)

Handling Fees (in SGD)

1-3 items: $1.50 per item
4-6 items: $1.30 per item
7-9 items: $1.10 per item
10 items and above: $0.90 per item

(Handling Fees per item will not be refunded if the item is Out Of Stock or not shipped.)

Calculation - 1st Payment
(To be collected before orders are sent to the supplier):

Total Amount payable in SGD = (NTD x 0.05) + (shipping fees x number of items) + (handling fees x number of items)

Calculation - 2nd Payment
(Applicable for spree-ers who opt for postage of items. 2nd payment is NOT required if spree-ers choose to meet up for collection)

(2nd payment will be collected after items reach Fashion DoReMi):

Normal Postage: Local postage rates (depending on weight of package) + cost of envelope

Registered Postage: Additional $2.24 on top of normal postage rates

Terms and Conditions

1. Payment are to be received before/on the closing date of the spree. For orders sent in on the closing date itself, please make payment before 23:59pm on the same day.

NO FULL PAYMENT RECEIVED = NO ORDER
(Partial payment received = no order too!)

2. All payments are to be made in Singapore dollars (SGD) only. (Sorry, no Monopoly money accepted).

3. Discounts for handling fees (if applicable) are given for items ordered from the same spree only. No discounts for handling fees will be given for items under different sprees.
(Hence, why order a single item from a spree... go for 10 or more items to enjoy the discount!)

4. Overseas spree-ers who choose to make payment via International bank transfer will have to bear the additional transaction fee of $10 incurred on our side. This amount will be added on top of the item cost, handling and shipping fee, and will be advised accordingly prior to making payment. (We are sorry this transaction fee cannot be waived because we don't own the bank (we wish we did).)

5. Handling fees per item will not be refunded if the item(s) is out of stock/ not shipped to Singapore etc. The rest of the amount paid will be refunded back to spree-er's bank account (less any applicable transaction fees or any other applicable fees) AFTER the rest of the items have arrived. Therefore, spree-ers are advised to check the availability of their desired item on the website before sending in any orders. (If you really must have that out of stock item, please email us and we will see what can be done.)

6. Cancellation of items ordered after payment is made (but before orders are sent) will be liable for an overall SGD$2 administrative charge per order. Remaining amount paid (less any applicable transaction fees or any other applicable fees) will be refunded.

7. No cancellation of orders are allowed once orders have been sent to the supplier. (If you really do not want the ordered items after we have received them, we can donate them to a charity of our choice on your behalf.)

8. Depending on the availability of stocks/ the workload of the supplier/ the mood of the postman, items usually take 2-3 weeks (may be up to 2 mths) to arrive from overseas. Please be patient. Good things are always worth waiting for. Please do not send in your orders if you are unwilling to wait for your ordered items. All updates will be posted on this website. If there are no updates, it means that we really do not have any latest news to update. Hence, do be patient and wait for our next update. Emails will be sent to all spree-ers when items arrive and are ready for collection. We do not response to emails pressurizing us for updates when the information can be found on this website.

9. All ordered items will be distributed to spree-ers in the condition as received by Fashion DoReMi from the supplier. Items ordered and received by spree-ers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so please take note of the measurements of the items before placing any order. (If you accidentally ordered something too large or too small, you may pass it back to us and we will donate them to a charity of our choice on your behalf.)

10. Fashion DoReMi will not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting whether directly or indirectly from any errors in shipping, quality problems, defects, delays, damage, loss or any action or inaction on the part of the supplier and Singapore Post (for spree-ers who have opted for postage of items).

11. Fashion DoReMi reserves the right to close, extend or cancel any spree at any point of time depending on the response/our workload. If any spree is cancelled, don't worry, all amounts received will be FULLY refunded to spree-ers.

12. Fashion DoReMi reserves the rights to reject any orders.

13. Fashion DoReMi reserves the rights to amend any information or any of the terms and conditions on the website without prior notice.

14. Please do not send in your orders if you are unwilling to wait till after the closing date of the spree for Fashion DoReMi to submit all the orders together. (Exceptions may be made for large orders. Please email for details.)

15. Please do not send in your orders if you do not agree with our terms and conditions (including all applicable fees). By joining the sprees, you are deemed to have agreed to the 'Terms & Conditions' set out by Fashion DoReMi.
