Re: New email address

We refer to the announcement posted on 13/10/2009 10.06pm.

As of 14/10/2009 9:50pm, we have set the option to automatically forward all future incoming emails from our original yahoomail address to our new gmail address. To prevent any further email loss or misunderstanding, kindly email us at our new gmail address from now onwards as we will not be accessing our yahoomail account anymore. We will also attempt to manually forward some of the emails sent to our original yahoomail address prior to this to our new gmail address and reply accordingly. We sincerely apologise if we are unable to respond to the emails sent to our previous yahoomail address due to the technical fault.

We noticed that some spree-ers have been unable to receive emails from us since last Thursday (8/10). We also had trouble sending emails to spree-ers (especially to hotmail accounts) as we're getting automatic replies from spree-ers' email servers saying "failure notice".

We have since contacted our email server helpdesk to look into the issue. At the meantime, we have set up another email address for spree-ers to contact us. Kindly email us at the email address below:

fashiondoremi@gmail.com

Also, we would like to stress that all emails (except spams) will be replied within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays and public holidays as we need rest too). If you don't hear from us, kindly check the spam folder or email us again as it is likely that either your email didn't get through to us or our replies didn't get through to you (see above). Please do not automatically assume that we are ignoring you or running away with your payment/items as we are responsible spree organisers who work hard to help spree-ers purchase and deliver their desired items. Your encouragement and kind understanding is much appreciated in motivating us to continue providing the service for you.
