- [07/10/2008] No reply from supplier. Orders of 31 items resent to supplier, followed by a call. Supplier reverted on stock availability. 3 items are out of stock and will not be restocked. Affected spree-ers notified to either substitute items or to withdraw items. Awaiting instructions from spree-ers.
- [08/10/2008] No alternative items made. Confirmed 28 items with the supplier. Payment made to the supplier. Awaiting shipment details.
- [09/10/2008] Supplier acknowledged payment received. Some items requires around 7 to 14 working days to restock. Awaiting restock items.
- [20/10/2008] Emailed supplier to enquire about the status of the orders. Supplier reverted that restocked items will only be ready by next week. Awaiting restock items.
- [28/10/2008] Emailed supplier to enquire about the status of the orders. Supplier reverted that there is a delay of 1 item. Will only be ready for shipment next Tuesday or Wednesday. Awaiting restock item.
- [03/11/2008] Supplier emailed to say that they have shipped out the items on 31 October 2008.
